Profit and growth coaching built specifically for MSP owners

Build an MSP that grows without requiring you to carry the whole company.
More MRR. Better margins. Less owner dependence.

Profits Mastery turns inconsistent sales, unclear pricing, and founder-driven operations into a disciplined growth system. Small coaching pods, weekly execution, and numbers you can actually point to.

Cohorts form in November and start in January. The two months in between are spent building your plan, so the year starts with the work already done.

Start Your Application Takes about 4 minutes. Applying does not obligate you to enroll.

How the program is built

Three layers. One system.

The 6 Ps organize the business. The 5 Disciplines make it visible. The 3 Levers are what you actually move. Everything in the program, including what you report every week, comes from this.

Layer one

The 6 Ps

The framework

How the business is structured, and the order you work it.

Passion
What you actually want out of the business, in money, time, and the role you play.
Planning
Mission, vision, and the target the company is genuinely aimed at.
Positions
The seats the business needs, defined apart from who currently fills them.
People
The right person in each of those seats.
Process
How the work actually runs, documented and repeatable.
Proformetrics
The forward-looking measures that tell you it is working before the financials do.

The order matters. Most owners start at Planning, pick a revenue number, and build backward from a guess. Starting at Passion makes the target arithmetic instead of aspiration.

Layer two

The 5 Disciplines

What you will know cold

You cannot pull a lever you cannot see. These are the five things every member ends up knowing like the back of their hand.

  • Financial clarity you can act on
  • A repeatable revenue engine
  • Pricing and margin confidence
  • A team that owns outcomes
  • Weekly execution with nowhere to hide
Layer three

The 3 Levers

Where decisions get made

Every decision that actually moves the business pulls one of three levers.

People.
Process.
Services.

It is also what your weekly numbers are scored against, which is why the report asks what it asks.

The ceiling most MSP owners eventually hit

Your MSP may be successful. That does not mean it is built to scale.

You can have loyal clients, a capable team, and years of experience and still be stuck at the same revenue level. The problem is rarely technical ability. It is that sales, pricing, accountability, and execution still depend too heavily on the owner.

" The business is busy, but growth is inconsistent. Revenue depends on referrals, owner effort, and whatever gets attention after the urgent work is handled.
The pattern Profits Mastery is designed to change
01 You are still too involved in tickets, quoting, escalations, and day-to-day decisions.
Owner dependence
02 Sales activity happens in bursts, then disappears when operations get loud.
Unreliable pipeline
03 You know revenue, but not always the true profitability of each client, agreement, or seat.
Margin uncertainty

Why working harder stops working

The next stage of your MSP requires a different operating system.

The habits that helped you build the company can become the same habits that keep it small. Technical excellence gets you into business. Profitable growth requires leadership discipline, financial visibility, consistent sales execution, and a team that can perform without waiting for you.

52%

of tracked owner time was consumed by operations, tickets, tools, and internal work instead of activities that create enterprise value.

20%

was spent on revenue-generating activity, compared with a 45% benchmark for owners operating with stronger growth discipline.

82%

of the measured MSPs were flat or declining in recurring revenue before a consistent execution rhythm was established.

"You do not need more information. You need a business rhythm that turns the right actions into non-negotiable weekly behavior."
The Profits Mastery operating philosophy

Profits Mastery is not another library of videos, templates, and ideas. It is a structured coaching system that forces clarity, exposes weak execution, and keeps the work tied to the numbers that actually matter.

What changes inside Profits Mastery

Five disciplines that create a more valuable MSP.

The program focuses on the operating disciplines that improve both near-term cash flow and long-term enterprise value.

These are the 5 Disciplines. They are how the 6 Ps become something you can see on a screen every week.

01

Financial clarity you can act on

Track the numbers that reveal whether the business is actually improving: MRR, gross margin, service delivery economics, labor allocation, pricing, and owner productivity. Stop managing from instinct and start making decisions from facts.

02

A repeatable revenue engine

Build a practical sales rhythm that your company can execute every week. You will define the activity, messaging, follow-up, ownership, and scorecard required to create more qualified conversations without waiting for referrals.

03

Pricing and margin confidence

Understand what it truly costs to deliver your service, where margin is leaking, and what must change. Price increases, agreement restructuring, and hiring decisions become defensible instead of emotional.

04

A team that owns outcomes

Move work out of the owner's head and into clear roles, expectations, scorecards, and accountability. The objective is not delegation for its own sake. It is building a company that can perform consistently without constant founder intervention.

05

Weekly execution with nowhere to hide

Small coaching pods create focus, peer pressure, and direct accountability. Every week ends with a measurable commitment. Every new week begins with the truth about whether it happened. Progress becomes visible, and excuses become expensive.

What a week looks like

Your numbers are on the table before you open your mouth.

Every week you submit your numbers. Separately, you rate how each part of the business feels to you: sales, marketing, operations, pricing, team, time, energy.

Before the call, that gets scored automatically. Where the numbers and your read of the business disagree, it gets flagged.

Then the pod meets for an hour with Bryan, with all of it already in front of him.

The gap is the coaching

The numbers say one thing. Your gut says another. Where those two stop matching is the conversation worth having, and it is the one you cannot have with yourself.

The rhythm is fixed. The agenda is adaptive.

Some weeks are pure accountability. Some are pure coaching. Most are a mix. If a planning stretch runs a few weeks without touching numbers, that is by design. You keep submitting throughout, so nothing is lost and we pick it back up with the full picture.

Small pods, grouped by maturity

Pods are kept small so everyone gets heard and helped, and members are grouped by business maturity so you are in a room with owners facing the same stage of problem.

The January cohort

The year starts in January. The work starts in November.

Cohorts form in November and begin in January. November and December are not orientation. They are the first two Ps.

Passion

You decide what you actually want this business to produce for you, in money, in time, and in the role you play. Most owners have never written that down.

Planning

The company plan follows from that answer, instead of from last year plus ten percent.

By January, the plan exists and the rhythm is familiar. The year starts with the work already done rather than with a document you will have forgotten by March.

Then, every Q4 after that, you do it again, with a year of real data behind you instead of estimates.

Proof from inside the program

When owners change the operating system, the numbers move.

These are individual member outcomes, not theoretical examples. The common denominator was not a secret tactic. It was consistent execution against the right priorities.

+$25.7K MRR

Growth beyond the owner

One member delegated more of the ticket queue, protected time for revenue work, and produced 27.7% MRR growth during the program period, including two deals signed while on vacation.

+$14K MRR

Better math, better decisions

After replacing guessed margins with real service-delivery economics, a member corrected billing, hired a dispatcher, improved margin, and added meaningful recurring revenue.

18% → 31%

Measured margin improvement

A margin that had been treated as an estimate became a measured business metric. That clarity changed pricing, staffing, and operational decisions.

Week 1 → FTA

Action replaced hesitation

A member who had resisted outbound sales used the program's process, made the calls, and booked a first-time appointment during the first week of execution.

Individual member results drawn from program records, December 2025 through June 2026. These outcomes are examples, not averages or guarantees. Results depend on the owner's market, starting point, decisions, and execution.

What members value most

Clarity. Accountability. Better leadership.

Who is teaching this

An MSP owner who has run the same play in his own company.

Cybersecurity CEO · Top 250 MSSP

Bryan runs a cybersecurity company recognized as a Top 250 MSSP, and his commentary on the industry has been featured on CNN, Fox, Forbes, and Fortune.

That matters here for one reason. The disciplines in this program are not theory borrowed from outside the industry. They come from operating an MSP through the same pricing pressure, margin questions, hiring decisions, and owner-dependence problems you are working through right now.

Bryan coaches every pod himself. You are not handed off to a junior coach reading from a workbook. The person reviewing your numbers each week is an operator who has had to answer these same questions with his own payroll on the line.

It is also why pods stay small. One coach can only sit with so many owners a week and still know your business well enough to be useful.

Who gets the most from the program

Profits Mastery is for MSP owners ready to build the company, not just work inside it.

This is a high-accountability environment for owners who want measurable improvement. It is not passive education and it is not outsourced management.

You are a strong fit if

  • Your MSP has traction, but growth has become inconsistent or overly dependent on you.
  • You want better margins, stronger sales execution, and more control over the future of the business.
  • You are willing to share real numbers and confront what those numbers say.
  • You will execute between calls, not simply collect more ideas.

You are not a fit if

  • You want another course you can watch without changing your calendar or behavior.
  • You are unwilling to measure the business or discuss the numbers honestly.
  • You expect a coach to run the company for you. The decisions and execution remain yours.
  • You are comfortable staying where you are. The program is built for owners who have decided the current ceiling is no longer acceptable.
  • You are looking for one-to-one coaching. This is a small group program, and questions between calls go to the member channel.
  • You want to start and stop. This is a 24-month commitment because one annual cycle teaches the rhythm and two make it how the company runs.

Why 24 months

Two complete annual cycles. Plan the year, execute it, then plan the next one with twelve months of real data behind you instead of estimates.

One cycle teaches you the rhythm. Two make it the way you run the company. Members who leave at twelve months leave exactly when the habit would have stuck.

If you read the left column and recognized your own business, the next step is a short application.

See If You Are a Fit

Before you apply

The questions owners ask first.

Profits Mastery is a 24-month commitment with a monthly investment, and pricing differs depending on whether you are a current 7 Figure MSP member. Rather than publish a number that may not apply to you, we cover it on your call once we know your situation. Applying does not obligate you to anything.
One hour for your pod call, plus the few minutes it takes to submit your numbers. The rest is work you are already supposed to be doing, done against a plan instead of against whatever is loudest that day.
Being busy is the symptom the program exists to address. If the business only moves when you push it, that is a structural problem and it does not improve by waiting. November and December are planning months, which is the lightest possible on-ramp.
Yes. MRR, gross margin, and service delivery economics are the working material of the program. You are sharing them with a coach and a small pod of owners under the same expectation, not publishing them. If you are not willing to put real numbers on the table, the program will not work for you.
A course gives you information. You already have more information than you have implemented. A mastermind gives you peers. This gives you a weekly number you have to put on the table, a coach who has run an MSP looking at it, and a commitment you made last week that either happened or did not.
No. Coaching happens in your pod, and questions between calls go to the member channel. Bryan coaches every pod himself, which is also why pods stay small.
Bryan reviews applications in the order they arrive and you hear back either way. If it looks like a fit, you will have a call with him directly. He runs every one of those calls himself.

Small pods. Serious owners. Measurable work.

Your MSP should create freedom, wealth, and options. Not another job you cannot leave.

Bring the real version of your business: your MRR, margins, team challenges, sales activity, and goals. We will determine together whether the program is the right environment to help you build the next version of your MSP.

14 questions. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive and you will hear back either way. Applying does not obligate you to enroll.
